Hotel is a walking distance to old city and shopping area. The staff are polite and willing to assist, immediately and they speak fluently Turkish, English and Russian. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Loved the breakfast. Very relaxing sauna, included in the price. Loved the idea that we had a kitchen in a room. Thank you , we will definitely come back

We had a delightful stay at this City Moonlight, thoroughly satisfied with both the accommodations and the overall service provided. Our gratitude extends to the front desk manager, who exhibited exceptional professionalism and assistance despite our late check-in. The location proved advantageous, saving us valuable time. Considering our enjoyable experience and the exemplary service from the staff, we wholeheartedly recommend this place and certainly plan on returning in the future.

The hotel is great about everything! If I open my hotel one day I would make my best to make it as good as this one is 🤭 Once I come back to Antalya, I’ll definitely stay at City moonlight hotel, it just felt as home, it was clean, everything was enough at this place, lots of space and cozy & friendly environment. Location is great, close to everything and if you need to go to another point of the city you will get a needed bus near by the hotel. Breakfast was gooood! And another thanks to Maria and guys which always were helpful and friendly. Keep it up!

Had a great experience at City Moonlight hotel with my family. Pros: - Functioning kitchen. - Very courteous staff. People responsible for reception are very quick to help. They also go out of their way to make you happy (we got a free pancake. Thank you Sevda). - Most of the hotel staff understands English well. - Most of stuff is new inside rooms. Like ACs were too good and used to cool room in just few mins. - Locker provided for securing your valuables. - Sauna and swimming pool (small swimming pool). Cons: - Rooms are cleaned only once every 3 days. - There is a mosque just next door so if you are not from the faith then loud azaan calls are a very early wake up call at 5:30 AM. So-So: - Nice fresh breakfast but limited options.

We spent 2 nights here and are super happy about this hotel! The staff members were very friendly and spoke english very well. That is rarely the case in turkish hotels. The room was very spacious and pretty modern. Our room was equipped with two air conditioning units that worked very well and cooled the room down in no time. We really loved the sauna and outdoor swimming pool! Another huge bonus was the possibility to use washing machine for free. We also used kitchen amenities in our room to cook some food. There were all the things you need for basic cooking. The hotel was located well because the Muratpasa tram station was located near. There was also a big shoppig center, many restaurants, shops and other services very close. Because the hotel itself is not located next to a busy road the atmosphere is very quiet. We slept our nights well. As a bonus they let us stay in our room hours longer for no charge when we should already have checked out. This was because our flight back was scheduled late in the evening. This was something that had never happenede before to us. Such great and friendly service. You will not be disappointed. Even though our stay was nice, there are some minor things they could improve: room cleaning could be a bit better, gym area could have some more apparatus and televisions could maybe be put to bedroom instead of living room.
