These people Kept me outside all day despite booking 4 days prior. Never received booking details. Even upon arrival, they stood me out all day and out of frustration had to book another hotel nearby. I suspect this is some sort of organised fraud where they make you pay online and when you turn up and ring. They keep telling you different stories. 5 hours on my feet all day and nothing. Bunch of heartless people.

It was a lovely stay, close to the city senter and train stations. Easy access and veey nice rooms. Building is over 200 years old so it is a big plus for the vibe and nice experience if you are a visitor from abroad. Quite calm neighborhood as well. I hope I can visit again sometime

We checked in and what can i say... the room was beautiful. Conor was extremely helpful, the price range was well in my budget. The room was spotless, modern and the bed was comfy. I would definitely recommenda stay here, it is less than 5 minute walk to city centre.i will definitely be staying again and had everything we needed. Thanks you for a wonderful stay, i will definitely be returning.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE I booked for a group of 12 older gentleman 6 weeks ago through Booking.com. I tried several times through email to ask them about wheelchair accessibility but received no response. The balance was paid to them 5 days ago but received no instructions on how to check in. One telephone number I was given was not in service and the other never answered. Then at 9pm last night (less than 24 hours before my booking was due to start) someone contacted me to say that they were full and were cancelling my booking. The only alternative offered being to split our group up and have half of us staying 5 miles out of the city centre. When I explained that our group were from out of town, had no transport of their own and some had mobility issues they offered us no assistance. I now have 12 gentlemen arriving in Liverpool this morning who have paid for accommodation, but have nowhere to stay, so will have to pay again for somewhere else at last minute rates. This company is an absolute joke.

Can not believe the reason for my apartment being cancelled. I arrived at property and the code we was given would not work. I rung the number for the office and to my utter dismay I was told my room had been cancelled because I am from the local area. Apparently the manager does not like locals. I don't understand why they believe a couple celebrating my birthday aren't good enough to stay in this apartment. It is clearly prejudice and I cannot believe how offensive this was!!!!!!!
