Overall I'd say this is a distinctly average hotel, and not 4 stars. I'll simplify it with pros and cons. Pros: - Great location, very close to the airport train station and the main line, including HSR. - Lots of other options such as buses, and good conveniences such as 7 Eleven and Family Mart. There's also a decent night market nearby. - The security and breakfast staff were very friendly. - Breakfast had a decent selection which changed daily. - Free coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lounge. - Decently sized rooms. Cons: - Front desk staff were not overly friendly (perhaps a cultural difference). - Specifically, when I said that the room was too hot in two separate occasions, they brushed me off saying it was centrally controlled. - Speaking of that room temperature, it was TWENTY FOUR DEGREES; we suffered through one night before kicking up a fuss and FINALLY the security guard helped us. - Cleanliness was patchy. We stayed in two different rooms over our stay and both had a number of hairs that weren't ours. Amenities weren't always replenished - Possibly the more egregious issue was the sheets. I'm totally okay with them not being washed/changed every day, but what I'm NOT okay with, is the pillowcase from my friend's bed, suddenly being on my bed upon our return to the room. A 4 star property should be able to keep on top of that. - Upon switching rooms, I left something behind in the first room (I'm 100% positive of this), however they told me they didn't find it and were not so helpful when I contacted them about it Overall definitely far from the worst place I've ever stayed, but I would say not up to 4 star standard.

I wasn't expecting this room given what was displayed in the pictures. The room was like a dorm with bland interiors and weird layout. Nothing was comfortable. The charging ports were on the desk which was far away. The room was not cool when I walked in and it never cooled enough overnight. The corridor carpets were stained and sorry looking. There were no windows in the room making it very dark in the day. The entire room is a trip hazard with pretty strange decor and fitting decisions. There was a weird empty nook in the room with no furniture or anything.

Very happy with my choice of this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Lot of little shops and restaurants in the area. It is about 10 minute walk to 2 MRT subway stations, but there is also excellent bus service right across the street. Google Maps helps find a bus to wherever I want to go.

My go-to-hotel in Taipei. Friendly staff, very spacious and comfortable rooms. Clean. Superb, quiet AC. Good breakfast (homemade yoghurt!, scrambled eggs!). Young kids can sleep on a comfortable couch in the room, bring a cot for babies. Bit dated (carpet!), but recent updates and well maintained. Perfect location. Should let people check out at 12h, like international standard, though.

Had great staying 3 nights here. Good service from helpful staff. A little far from town center and MRT station. There’s 1 bus stop located opposite to the hotel so we mostly rely on bus traveling around the city. On our first day of arrival, we found some drug on a room floor (from previous guests) and bunch of hair in shower area. So would recommend to improve cleanliness a bit, others is already good!
