Feeling lucky to find this hotel online randomly. This 4 star hotel feels like a 5 star. It is small development hence suitable for people who likes quiet, exclusive and privacy. Service from front desk to house keeping is awesome. The room is spacious, modern, clean, feels and looks new. Different type of lighting settling to your mood, when fully switched on it’s very bright. The sound proofing is reasonably good. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is well designed, water heater and pressure is good. The bathtub, shower and basin are very functional. The toilet is automated and convenient. It is next to Bannan Line train station and brings you to everywhere. Half of time we walked because it is near to many places. It is surrounded by lots of food options and supermarket. It’s also next to the famous soy milk breakfast.

My fav hotel in Taipei, and stayed here several times. New, clean, modern & classy. Bed is super comfortable. Equipped with motorized blinds. Smart TV has screen share. Location is great with multiple large convenience stores, great restaurants & supermarket within a few mins walk. Quiet area and not too rowdy, yet only 1 min walk to the MRT station and easily links to popular hangouts. Sadly no in-hotel restaurant or bar but has a Starbucks. Breakfast inclusion is in credits to be used in Starbucks, but fortunately can be used during non-breakfast hours.

The best hotel experience I've ever had! It felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel! I can't even begin to tell you about the warm seating on the toilet! This hotel is amazing! Everything looked new! Super clean! The staff was the best! Upon arrival, they noticed on my passport that it was my birthday! Not only did they greet me on my special day, but they sent two lava brownie cupcakes up to our room! I highly recommend this hotel as it is in a prime location! Close to everything! You won't be disappointed!

Location is key. The hotel is right next to the train station. Plenty of 7-11 and other amenity stores around the area. Close distance to the famous breakfast restaurant so you can wake up early and get inline. Service was excellent. We arrived early around 1:30pm and our room was not ready. They offered to checked our bags so we don't have to walk around with a giant suitcase. When we check in, the gentlemen was very professional. He noted that I was a diamond member and they upgraded me to a bigger room. We got all the complimentary perks as a diamond member. access to the portal, credit to the Starbucks next door, and cold brew tea from a local tea shop. The cold brew tea was excellent. The whole process was a breeze. Note to everyone else, always treat people with respect and they will treat you the same way. Room was beautiful. We were upgraded to the Time square suit and it was what I expected from a Tapestry collection. It was clean and comfortable. The bed is on softer side. Water pressure in the shower was great. No visible Mildew, grim or dirty things in the bathroom, shower and tube. Air conditioner was blasting so it was a very comfortable sleep.

We stayed at hotel resonance for 3 days before we head back to the states. The hotel is a few mins of walk to a kids friendly park and is close to many restaurants and convenience stores. It’s a pretty safe area that I even strolled my kid early in the morning due to jet lag. We especially love the capsule which allowed us to pack and shower before our late night fight after check-out.
