Probably the best 3 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms were clean, service was fantastic and great extras including coffee machine, snacks, cup noodle supper, laundry/dryer services and filtered water fountain. Location was great, less than 10mins walk to Taipei main station and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Taipei. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!

Can't remember how many times we have stayed in City Inn 2 but this is the first time we stayed for 9 nights straight. City Inn 2 have always been our top choice whenever we stay in Taipei for various reasons: 1) Close proximity to Taipei Main Station (5-10min walk) 2) Friendly and helpful staff that are more than willing to assist you and are available 24/7 3) Clean, tidy and cosy room. Room is decent size of most Taipei hotels, able to open 2 24" luggage and still having space to walk 4) Walkable distance to many nice eateries, Ningxia Night Market, Zhongshan and even to Ximenting 5) Many nice cafes nearby with different themes and some with free wifi and no time limit 6) You can order famous souvenirs directly from their hotel 7) Free self laundry service, snack bar, coffee machine, instant noodles after 10pm. The biggest bonus is definitely the awesome location, the positive, friendly attitude of the staff and the decent price. If you stay above 7 nights, there is long stay discount. Will definitely come back again!

My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch II. It was an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations in many ways. First and foremost, the affordability of the room was a delightful surprise. Despite the reasonable rates, we were greeted by exceptionally clean and well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The level of cleanliness truly impressed us. The hotel's location is a major highlight, as it is conveniently situated near Taipei Main Station, with easy access to popular fast-food chains like McDonald's and KFC, as well as various shopping malls. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. What truly stood out during our stay was the staff's attentiveness and politeness. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our stay was comfortable. The in-room amenities were outstanding. We were provided with 2 bottles of water daily, along with a variety of complimentary items, such as slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, tea, coffee, chips, toothbrush, comb, shaver, and even dental floss. These thoughtful touches made our stay all the more enjoyable. The inclusion of Wi-Fi (it fluctuates sometimes but given the price of the room, I cannot complain), universal electrical outlets, and internet port was appreciated. A safe, a small fridge, and a TV were also provided, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. In summary, we were genuinely surprised by the exceptional quality of this hotel, especially considering the affordable price. The combination of cleanliness, excellent location, attentive staff, and the abundance of provided amenities made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei. Special thanks to Jenny for the delicious cake and the staff's well wishes during my birthday. You made my 50th birthday all the more memorable.
