This is a budget friendly hotel, located in the center of it all. Honestly, I was a little skeptical about booking here, after reading some reviews, but my experience was pleasant. First, location of the hotel is PERFECT. You're a 3 minute walk to Ximen station, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Also, 16 minute walk to the Presidential Office and Peace Park. Second, the staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were great. Wifi was stable with great connection speed. Also, water pressure is strong in the shower. My only recommendation is an upgrade with the furniture in the room. The furniture is dated, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. Last, I didn't experience any bed bug issues, as I had read in some reviews, so the 4 star rating stands strong. Thank you for the stay and good experience.

The location is great, not far from Ximen station and near Ximending. The room is a bit old but clean. The air conditioner works well and we all have a good night sleep. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can deposit baggage at the hotel if you arrive earlier before check in time.

Nice hotel near Red House Ximending. Staffs are accommodating and helpful. They provide slippers, toiletries, water, coffee and tea. Room is clean. There are eateries and 7-11 nearby. Bathtub is small but it's nice to have if you want a soak. Elevator is small.
