Excellent service apartment hotel with all modern amenities, including washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge and kettle. Perfect for families for short stays. Staff are friendly and helpful and will make reservations for spa or restaurants for you. The room is huge and clean with a sitting room/kitchenette. Breakfast has a nice selection of fresh fruits and salads. The only comment/suggestion I have for the hotel is to provide more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom as there is only one hook in the entire bathroom! And, don’t forget to bring laundry soap!

The staff was so very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and room service was great too. The pool and the view was beautiful too. Water was freezing 🥶, but other than that, no complaints. They decorated beautifully for Christmas too. They even had the staff dress up.

My wife, myself and 5-year-old son stayed at the Civic Horizon - Hotel & Residence for 4 weeks over Christmas and New Year during 2022 - 2023. The location is brilliant, being just a couple of minutes' walk from Ekkamai BTS which is just a few stops from Siam. The residence itself was immaculately clean and extremely well run. The staff are super friendly and professional, and there's someone at reception 24/7 so you can check-in and check-out at any time. The room was cleaned spotless by room cleaning every day. It was also spacious with a large bath and very nice shower. The balcony was also large and child-friendly (practically impossible to climb over for a young child). Overall, our stay there was absolutely brilliant and I would very highly recommend it. They even looked after my son's Nintendo Switch Lite that we left behind until we could have somebody go to pick it up. The only criticisms I could have was that there wasn't much of a selection of TV channels in the room and the swimming pool was pretty cold.

I stayed at this hotel in June. They were extremely accommodating and helpful - from the reservation representative via email, to the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff. They could communicate in English well, so booking and communicating was a breeze. The room was clean and modern with excellent wifi, a nice bathroom, a fridge, and microwave - everything you need. The breakfast buffet was also great with good food. There was an issue with my bank getting my deposit refunded (at no fault of Civic) and Civic Hotel went above and beyond to work with me and make sure that I was able to receive it. Highly recommend.

Comfortable serviced apartment. Could do with usb charging sockets. Rooftop pool and small putt green. Simple breakfast with quirky table setup - everyone sits facing the same way, if your a family each family member sits on a separate table. Close to Ekkamai BTS - construction photo shows location. Construction site next door, though surprisingly not noisy thanks to double glazed window. Would I stay here again..? Sure why not.
