The apartments are comfy and modern, heating is hard to fathom. No frills like you get in other apartments (such as tea, coffee, milk, water, soap etc) and you have to jump through hoops to stay there - photo ID of every person staying, which they tell you is a law for keyless properties (it isn't, I checked) and they asked for credit card details on a message which is very unsafe!

We had a very bad experience. We had accidentally booked a hotel somewhere else that we wasn’t going to be, and we asked them to give us all our money back, but the hotel denied it they didn’t pay a single penny. It was £325 many times Expedia had asked the manager Nikki, but she didn’t do anything about it and she kept refusing to give us the money back .they scam us by taking our money, and if you want a cancellation they will won’t give you money back they don’t listen to your feedback many times explain to them that I was an Internet error, but still would refuse to give us the money back we have also attached the email so you can see what she said poor and very bad hotel management and rules and regulations so please be care full to book this hotel you will get scam and loss your money

No heating working, had a little plug in heater which did nothing. Considering the amount paid to stay and they have not long opened think all this would be sorted before let people stay
