        Prejudiced pediatric care for AUTIST children! Unprepared employees, without any instruction on how to assist/include a child and family member. My nephew was attended to twice in a single night, as he had to return after fainting at home, even though he was released after the first treatment. (detail: we signed 2 guides) Very rude pediatrician, we asked for intramuscular antibiotics, he informed us that the hospital didn't have any and that he “didn't work like that” we had to give medication that we had at home, INSIDE the hospital, because there was only intravenous medication there. And amazingly, when we asked for a transparent syringe (because he doesn't take measurements with a syringe of another color, given his condition) to give the medication, they informed us that they COULDN'T open a package just to take out a syringe! Absurd! Finally, when asked if we would have to sign another Guide, as we had left there less than 2 hours ago, the reception said: “you put your foot out, when you return you will pay” We hope to never have to go back there again!

        Very good, excellent service and professionalism, congratulations to everyone on the team from cleaning, nursing and x-ray technicians, physiotherapists, collection staff laboratory, nurses, stretcher bearers, reception, security guards, warehouse, kitchen, doctors, all great and excellent. The best Rede Hospital without a shadow of a doubt!! My 2 month old baby was admitted to the ICU and she went to her room for a total of 10 days of hospitalization and I can say that it was one of the best care and if it wasn't the best, she was treated with a lot of care and love ❤️ may God bless you all !!

        I have had my father's wife hospitalized for at least 21 days. She was in the ICU for 7 times and the rest in a room. I have no words to express my deep admiration for the employees who work there. What education! What service! What attention! How much love and affection, sympathy and empathy for others. From the concierge to the doctor in charge, absolutely no one was inelegant, unfriendly or anything else that I could point out as a defect. Congratulations to all of you . I recommend this hospital without blinking.

        I would like to express my immense gratitude to the entire team who was present throughout my journey, from the warm welcome to discharge. Each professional - the attentive nurses, the dedicated doctors, the precise laboratory team, the agile stretcher bearers, the experienced professionals in the imaging center, the tireless general surgery team, the commitment of the emergency nursing, the expertise of the surgical center, the attentive support from the 2nd floor and the careful guidance from the nutrition team - played a vital role in my recovery. Each of you deserves my deepest gratitude. Your competence and compassion made all the difference, making my journey smoother. Thank you for being examples of professionalism and humanity.
