My family and I stayed here for 8 nights. It was conveniently located. About a 15-20 minute walk from Disneyland. They served breakfast every morning, have a play structure and play court, and laundry facility. The room was clean, but could use a little update. I loved the fact there was a full kitchen. It was definitely convenient, since we were staying for awhile. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were lumpy. Since our room was located near the street by the fire station, we could hear the sirens. But we could also see the fireworks from the park from our window. There’s no daily housekeeping, they came every 3 days. But we had an accident in the night and were able to request housekeeping. Overall, would recommend staying here. We’ll look to stay here first, next time we’re in town!

We stayed in the bi-level loft suite which is nice for larger families. The walk isn't too bad if you have older children (maybe 12-15 minutes). What I didn't love was the extra $35 per day "resort" fee. We never used the pool, we didn't park a car, housekeeping comes every 3 days and while breakfast said until 9:30 they would stop bringing food out around 9:00 so I'm not sure what the extra "resort" fee was for.

The place is nice- big and clean rooms, helpful staff. But if you are planning to go to Disneyland, I think the distance is slightly far. There are shuttles, but shuttles aren’t free and it comes only every 20 minutes. I like how they asked you to maintain quiet during nighttime, but I think what they should do is to have better soundproof. My major complaint would be the internet connection- it is horrible! From time to time it cannot be connected at all, other time it is just one or two bars.

We just got back from a 5 day stay here at Clementine Hotel, and I have nothing but great things to say! First let me say, if you are a purposeful walker like myself, Disney is a 12 minute walk. The staff was very courteous. Any time I needed to call for extra linens out for whatever, it was brought to the room in a timely manner and done so with smiles. The free continental breakfast was nice. The food was tasty-especially those breakfast potatoes, those were so good! Although I do wish that there was fresh coffee/ hot coco going in the lobby all the time, it would've been nice to stop in after walking back from Disney at 10 pm. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the fact that there was a basketball hoop (with free ball rental in the lobby) made my 9 year old extremely happy! We had 7 people with us. 3 adults and 4 kids. We stayed in the family suite and it was the perfect amount of space! The upstairs room/ loft with its own bathroom was perfect for the 3 teenage girls. The bedroom had 2 queens, perfect for mom, dad, and my 2 younger kids and the pull out sofa for the 3rd adult. Our suite was FULLY stocked with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. It also came with silver Ware and paper plates as well! Which was so nice because we flew to Cali, so we had none of the essentials. The room was clean and the beds were cozy, I 10/10 recommend Clementine Hotel and have already decided that we will be staying here anytime we aren't staying in a beach house!

There were hairs under my pillow and in the ‘New’ towels. Also, the jacuzzi wasn’t working and after 10 mins when we first entered our room, an employee fully opened the door without knocking at all. They also didn’t have enough wood to provide us to use the fireplace. And for the gran finally. The found a pair of used zip down jeans behind the curtains. We paid $407 for 1 night. We asked to speak to the manager and they said ‘she was going to call the next day which she didn’t. I called the next day and they said the same thing. The manager never called. From the $407 we only got $80 back even after expressing that we didn’t feel that they properly clean the room amongst the other services they didn’t provide. It doesn’t matter how much you pay in a hotel, the room should always be cleaned. Not having the manager called twice as promised also makes the service very unprofessional. I will make a complain to another board because we overly paid for this room. It included a fireplace which we never got to use and we wanted to as it was chilly. We never got to use the jacuzzi which is a big thing for us when we choose hotels. The room wasn’t cleaned (hairs and a pair of used jeans definitely told us that). An employee fully opening the door where we should have privacy. If the owner is reading this please get in touch with me to finally resolve this issue. Thank you
