From the moment we arrived Dimitris was most welcomng, he advised where to eat, tours we might like and as we were celebrating gave us the most beautiful suite.The staff went out of their way to please.. Fiorel at breakfeast was amazing, but Tamara our room attendent was not only beautiful but polite, happy and willing to stock up on toiletries if needed and a surprise towel creation every morning. Our stay here was one to remember. For October it was beautiful sunshine everyday and many people around but not overall busy. Thankyou to ALL at Cliff Side, you run an amazing hotel It truly was magical. Note for Dimitries I have spoken with the gods Try Kasenga again the prayesr may be answered. Stayed here for 5 nights in September 2023 and loved every minute! The location is insane and the room was magnificent! Staff were exceptional!!! Thank you for a magical stay ✨️

Absolutely amazing experience, customer service, rooms, everything was perfect. Well worth the money for the stay! The views were incredible. Lots of stairs every day up and down, plan for this.
