The rooms are abit small in size , The location is great , no noises but close to the main road , so you can easily navigate from the hotel. The receptionists are abit reluctant to some requests and complaints, they should really look at their approach to customers , and try to respond nicely to customers, for example one had requested a clean dry towel and the response was that they were locked in by someone, so no way you will have to use the half dry towel. The restaurant service is good.

Nice rooms, shower heads needs some cleaning( salty water has clogged some). They need to improve on their kitchen choices, couldn't get "simple cup of tea"

Room was clean but small for 2 people. The worst thing was the lady in reception. It seemed she did not wanna work much. We were calling by phone from the room to reception and she never answered ( she was busy watching TV). I asked for another towel ( we got only one and we were 2 people) and she said NO, so we had to share the towel. For breakfast I asked couple things and she was super rude. What I say..lazy girl and very unprofessional. We stayed from 31july-1august. With this kind of staff, for sure I will never be back.
