Excellent hotel experience! Highly recommend! Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed but what stands out most of all is the service. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! Twice we were under a time crunch at breakfast and the staff made certain our orders were placed and out of the kitchen right away. It definitely fits the definition of a boutique hotel; the layout is quaint and feels more like home than a hotel!

This hotel was very nice. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed the decorative details of our room. From the time we walked in the staff was very kind and accommodating to us. One memorable person would be our server Gina upstairs at the rooftop bistro. She honored every request we asked of her while dining for breakfast and dinner. Next time we are in Capetown, we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing. Where do I start... Service is excellent, food is amazing and the views are next level. Definitely worth a visit. I went for my year end function and what an experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for good food with awesome views. Have fun and enjoy every moment... ❤️🤗

When i entered the hotel, it seemed to me that i have made a wrong choice. But within 1 hour, i was so happy to be in this hotel Do not go by the zig zag construction and layout of the hotel. It is a very good place to stay for 3-4 days. We really had a good time The Reception staff - ALL OF THEM, Concierge - ALL OF THEM, House keeping - Every person, Restaurant staff at the top floor, Parking man - ALL STAFF OF THE HOTEL IS JUST AMAZING Rooms are big, Bathrooms are small though, Very clean, Very well lit up Food at the top floor is good View is amazing as you can always see the Table mountain from the hotel Staff is VERY VERY HELPFUL Location is walking distance from 100s of restaurants and bars DO NOT MISS THIS HOTEL
