Exceptional experience, modern rooms with great soft lighting , great location and service. You could easily spend double in the area for an inferior stay. Coming back next time I am in Cape Town

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our room was nice, clean, quiet (no traffic sounds) and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful. WIFI was good and TV had even Netflix, which we really liked. Hotel location was very convenient for us - near was MyCiti bus stop and good eating places. We felt very safe walking around and would definitely recommend this place.

My friend and I Booked 2 rooms from 29 September to 04 October, on the 29 we asked the hotel to cancel one room for us as we not going to need both rooms. The manager agreed and said they are going to take 50% of the money and refund us the rest. We been calling them from the day we left asking when the going to do the transfer the answer we get is "Today" its has been forever trying to get our money back from this guys. This morning I called and the lady said they are going to transfer it today and I told her they been saying that and she told me there's nothing she can do, like how can you tell a client that there's nothing you can do? The place also looks nice on pictures only, I was not happy when I got there.
