Stunning beauty and the breathtaking views it offers: the ambiance and aesthetics of the resort are truly exceptional, creating a serene and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. The service provided by your staff was outstanding; they were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, I must express my disappointment with the checkout process. It was regrettably not up to the standards set by the rest of the resort's offerings. I was over charged for things that I DID NOT use. Especially the handling of situation by Dilan was extremely unprofessional. I understand that every establishment faces its challenges, and I share this feedback with the intention of contributing to the continuous improvement of your resort. I believe that addressing the checkout process will ensure that guests leave with only positive memories of their time at your property. Despite this issue, I want to reiterate that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hard work put in by your team to create a memorable experience. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future and experiencing the improvements made based on this feedback.

The ambiance is magical. Room overlooking pool though greens. Enjoy the pool while train passes by. Cross the Railtrack and walk a magical passage surrounded by greens filled with little flowers to the the breathtaking beach. Service is very attentive and perfect. Food is perfect with generous portions. One of the best we've been to and would always be a first choice to come back.

We stayed at this boutique hotel during the weekend 9,10 Sep 2023. Place: Jeffry Bawa designed property with serene environment. We were at room 2 amd it had a private balcony and a lovely attic where a seperate bed was occupying. Well spacious room space with cozy feeling. Garden: It has a well maintained very spacious garden space with a medium size pool. Railway is at the end of the harden as if it runs through the garden. Security is assured 24×7 though. Beach: can walk to beach just 100 yards away from the property. neach can be a little rough at times, do not bathe in sea if the red flag was erected in the beach. Food: we enjoyed breakfast and dinner buffet and a 5 course sit down lunch. Both were amazing and they will do their maximum without any hesitation to cater your needs. In our group we had a vegan, "egg only" vegetarian, and the staff was attentive to their requirements. Service: 1st class. Must do: early morning sea bath and hang in the pool before your breakfast. Its mind blowing. Extra: they have a very large suite room with jacuzzi and a spaceous living room with seperaye AC .ideal for a family cocktail party (byob possible) Need to improve: please do regular checks on attic space bed linen. Hypersensitive clients may have continous sneezing. Please do water pressure checkes in your room. some of our group members had some issues SUMMERY: An ideal place for a family gatheing with elders and juniors

Rooms were somewhat impractical with its weird design. Not very child friendly with in room stairs that have no railings and steps to the attic with uneven heights. Kept hitting my shin on the sharp cement edges of the bed. However, the rooms are clean and room service was on point everyday keeping the rooms crisp. The beach access is over a railway crossing. And a nice clean beach at that. Service and location is great. Outdoors are well maintained and gives a villa surrounded by nature vibe. Food is average at best. Never really looked forward to the next meal. Except for one dinner where I had pork chops in red wine sauce which was nicely done!
