Was looking for 1 night stay in downtown Toronto (December). It was a last minute booking and was lucky to find Life Suites Loft via Expedia. Very reasonable price for this executive apartment, about $200 for a unit that sleeps up to 4 people, you will NOT find anything cheaper that is safe, clean and central. Centrally located opposite the CN tower, Sky Dome and 5 minute walk from Princess of Wales Theatre. Check in was easy, concierge was very good to explain access to parking and unit we rented a parking spot for the night $30, again very reasonable for that area, with in and out privilege. Unit was very clean, comfortable and a little balcony overlooking the city. We really like the security setting of the whole place. Place is very quiet. They send you numerous emails and text on check in and out, rental information because there is no reception, which we found very useful. Check out time is 11am and if you are 5 minutes late returning the key, they will call to make sure you are checked out. They do require a $300 deposit and will refund it at the end of your check out date after inspection. We would stay there again.

My family booked 3 units for 4 nights in July -- 2 of the 2-bedroom units and 1 3-bedroom. For the 2-bedroom units, the 2nd bedroom was just a bed in an open space kind of by the front door, but the website did describe that pretty accurately so it wasn't a surprise. The 3-bedroom had 3 regular bedrooms with doors and looked exactly as pictured on the website. The units were on the 21st, 14th, and 4th floors. We loved the location and views -- especially the CN Tower view from the pool, which we used almost every day, and the higher-up balconies. It was just a few minutes walk to the tower, aquarium, baseball stadium, etc. Lots of tasty restaurants nearby. Parking was easy and secure. Building and common areas were very attractive. Like almost any vacation rental, the units could use a bit of cosmetic upkeep, but overall we thought they were great. One of our units' refrigerator wasn't working well, but we didn't want to take the time to report it while we were there -- hopefully they fixed it after we informed them upon departure. We would 100% stay there again. And best of all, we discovered after we got home that my daughter left her apple watch in the bedroom. The company was very responsive, confirmed they found it and shipped it back to us for a nominal fee! So appreciated! If you want hotel service & amenities, this is not the place for you. If you like vacation rentals instead of hotels, I'd highly recommend.

We had a little trouble checking in because of some issues with their method for payment. We were already agitated because of the drive and flight delays. But once we got settled, it was great! Nothing more or nothing less than what we needed. I think my son and his girlfriend were a little uneasy about the size of the additional bedroom but it all worked out. Close to everything! All questions were answered swiftly.

I’ve stayed in this building three times, but this is the first time I booked with life suites. It’s the best bang for your buck in this city as nothing beats the location, gym, pool, quiet, privacy and having your own kitchen. I personally like making my own good coffee in the mornings and having a coffee machine that does ground coffee or French press is amazing. My suite didn’t have any salt left in the shaker or paper towel but not a huge deal breaker. I stayed in 2505, no stains on the bedsheets or towels and of course there’s minor scuffs on the walls and couch but that doesn’t affect my stay whatsoever. Even had a small patio set on the balcony where I enjoyed a sunset glass of wine. Bed was a bit more worn in than other units but still had a comfortable sleep. Kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. I’ll always chose to stay here when I visit!

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance from a convention center, CN Tower, and Ripleys Aquarium! The room itself was beautiful with several amenities and the couch comfortable. The only problem we had with the room was that the microwave didn't close, so we heated things in the oven instead. This hotel works well if you are staying for a couple of days or longer.
