Not a very pleasant experience. Booked two nights but checked out after 1. Very strange hotel. Would recommend spending a little extra and booking somewhere better. Be mindful all the INCI hotels are run by the same company and in my experience is not a pleasant stay.

After a 14 hour flight from south america, we arrived to the hotel with my wife and two kids to have some rest. But receptionist did not give us the room, said they are overbooked. The room was even pre-paid. So we were left in the street with my two small kids and the luggage. Months passed and no refund, no responses. Please avoid this scammer hotel.

The hotel is over booked. when i came with my family. they did not give me a room, or gave back the money. I had to find another one and pay again. Do NOT STAY HERE as the stay is not guaranteed.

my experience of staying in this ‘3 star hotel’ was very unpleasant. rude attitude of the old man in the receptionist, the elevator only reaches the 4th floor while they gave me a room on the 5th floor, the room was not cleaned even though I asked, I don't understand how they can call themselves a 3 star hotel. I hope the hotel management can improve system and standard of service to guests.
