Great location with the view of the Sky tree, Sumida river, the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was good except to get charged for the full night price for 2 & half hours extension.

Great hotel and staff. Wasn’t happy with the mattress, so the staff helped me get another one that was a lot more comfortable. Really appreciate that!

Terrible experience here. This hotel is located far from any station. I thought that the view of Sky Tree would be good but in the end, the photos they use from rooftop in fact are fake. You can't access that same location so you need to accept the fact that you can't take good pictures of the tower. And the rooms are dirt and the projector is not working properly. When I contacted the front desk they asked me what I want to do. Of I wanted to cancel my reservation.... How?? Terrible staff... Worst experience!

Location: It’s close to the Sensoji temple, Tokyo Sky Tree, and the 10 mins walk from the Asakusa train station A and G lines where a lot of restaurants are. It’s very cost effective if you want to stay close to the Sensoji, a Japanese historical area. Room cleanness: Very smart room setting with clean, comfortable and soft bed sheet. Space under the bed for luggage storage. Even a desk where I can sit downloading and work on my photos. Facilities: It was absolutely satisfactory moment when having the warm shower after one day walking in Tokyo during our 3 day stay in Tokyo. The lobby area is free for hot water, coffee and tea. It’s where we whole families enjoy quick breakfast food from family mart next door. Service: The staff is nice waited for us even though we arrived very late almost mid night. They guided us through the tour around and explained things very clearly.
