Lovely place! We would definitely recommend it. It’s in the Esquilino area, with a lot of nice restaurants and bars. The hotel is near Colosseum and on a walking distance to the more touristy part of the town (trevi fountain, spanish steps etc). The owner Carlo is very kind and helpful, and gave us a lot of good tips. Our room vas very nice with a big terrace.

10/10 La Terrazza sul Colosseo is a perfect B&B located close to the Colosseum. We stayed in the double bedroom which was very clean and modern with a really comfy bed. The location is peaceful with a lovely terrace to enjoy the sun. Carlo is the perfect host and made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned daily with additional snacks too. I'd certainly recommend a stay here.

Excellent stay, everything was perfect. The room is extremely clean and cleaned every day. Very well equipped, modern, comfortable bedding, little touches made available every day and a sumptuous terrace, all just 10 minutes from the Colosseum in a very beautiful area and in a secure, charming building. The Guesthouse has a common area where nothing is missing (oven, washing machine table, dishes... Everything is there!). Above all, the service is impeccable and Carlo is extremely kind and very easy to reach. This stay helped make our vacation great. We were very happy to meet Carlo, a kind-hearted person who always listens. We thank him again for everything. Without a doubt we will come back, it is an address that is rare to find anymore. Managed by a lovely person. Lucy and Arthur. Perfect services, everything is there and more than expected.
