The accommodations were very nice. The room was spacious and clean. I was, however, very upset to find my car (as well as several others) had been broken into overnight... and further, when making the police report, was informed by the police and that "this happens all the time". So break ins, thefts, damage to property, etc is a known occurrence at this hotel. Very disappointing... especially when the hotel doesn't hold itself liable in any way.

Very close to Airport. Nice clean rooms. Love that mine had an air purifier in it. Beds were comfortable & there both feather and plush pillows on the bed to accommodate your preference. Shower had good water pressure. Rooms were quiet and breakfast was nice. All in all it was a very comfortable stay.

I stayed and parked here when flying out of John Glenn Airport. Great quiet,comfortable room, prompt shuttle service, and courteous staff. Everything was great, Susan, the manager even allowed me to leave my car longer than the agreement at no extra charge. Also, on the evening I arrived, I was aware of the gentleman at the check-in desk being rudely harassed by a phone caller. He maintained his poise and even temper and did not rise to the nastiness directed his way. Commendable grace in a young person.

Booked a room at the Columbus Airport Marriott for a night, and I was greatly underwhelmed with the hotel. Check-in was easy, and the desk attendant was very polite and welcoming. The King Suite was just okay. I was a little taken aback by the lack of updates and decor. Not what I expected from the Marriott name. The room was clean, though. The vining floor was pretty trippy and made me feel like I was in an episode of Twin Peaks or something of that sort. Ultimately, there was no level of high or inebriation that could prepare me for the bill I received for the buffet restaurant the next morning. For two people with coffee and juice, the tab totaled $49. The buffet was hardly worth more than $7/person for the quality of the food. I've paid less for more extravagance at the Hilton. My advice is to avoid the River City Grille at all costs. There's a Waffle House just outside the entry.
