We were a guest here and when my wife and I were at a Walmart in Columbus someone broke into our car and shattered passenger window. As we were pulling back into our hotel Mohammed the security guard saw our window was busted out and right away offered to clean out our car and bag up and tape up our busted window. He was one of the most respectful, genuine, caring people I've come across randomly in a long time. Also rest of the staff here are all outstanding. Very very clean lobby and hotel. Anyways I just hope the owner and management sees this and knows how professional and polite Mohammed is. He definitely deserves a raise. He absolutely did not need to do what he did for us but he did anyways. Thanks again! We will be back.

Our rooms were not clean when we arrived and the pool was also not well looked after. We also didn't get a shuttle sent to us to the airport per request, but the hotel paid for a lyft as a replacement. The breakfast was good though and Estella was very nice. If I could give Five stars for Estella, I would.

Rooms were average, but clean. Housekeepers were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Estella was the breakfast attendant and was very kind and helpful with my children. The food was fresh and the dining area was very clean.

The location was close to COSI and Legoland, conviennient as that was my reason for visiting, I enjoyed the indoor pool, and the employees were friendly. Other than that I did not care for the quality of this hotel. There was an emergency evacuation, I believe due to a fire, sometime after 11pm and there was terrible communication to the guests. The alarm was loud in the hall but not loud enough in the room to wake heavy sleepers. I don't believe this place has a PA system. I saw people exiting the hotel a good 20 minutes after I got out. Luckily it wasn't a more serious emergency. No one ever went to the guests or announced when they could return. The breakfast wasn't very good, scrambled egg whites with a weird texture, no orange juice, rock hard biscuits, ran out of milk with 40 of breakfast time left. The rooms weren't very clean. The was a booger on the bathroom wall with a hair in it, the bathroom dispensers were filled all the way and one wasn't pumping. The morning after my stay I had bug bite marks on my arms and back and so did my daughter. I didn't see any bed bugs but wouldn't doubt that was the case. The rooms don't have microwaves or bathtubs. I accidentally booked an accessible room intending to get a room with a "bathtub" as it was reffered to online (there are no tubs standing showers). However showering in the accessible shower was a disaster. The shower curtain hangs outside of the shower and causes a dripping wet mess. The worker was really friendly and accommodated a room change for my second night. I would not stay here again.

Initial impressions were poor. We called a shuttle and nothing arrived. We waited 30 minutes and then called them again after which we got the answer that the shuttle is busy and that they would send us a taxi (Lyft) instead. While I appreciate that they were able to offer another option, it would've been nice if we didn't have to wait 30 minutes waiting for a shuttle that never would come. After we were checked in we were greeted by a room that didn't seem to have been properly cleaned and one of the lamps were broken. We were given a new room though after showing a photo of a grimy paper coffee cup, so it wasn't a big deal. We tried out the pool and it was okay. There were half-eaten bags of sweets littered about the area and two band-aids, one of which were in the pool. It was also not clear which of the towels were used and which were fresh. It would've helped to have some signage explaining this. The breakfast was okay. Estella was nice and helpful and explained why the scrambled eggs had no only consisted of egg whites, so while it was a bummer that they didn't have "proper" scrambled eggs, it was nice of her to be understanding about that it wasn't what I expected. During my trip back to the airport, this time with the official airport shuttle and not a Lyft taxi, I was told by the driver that my home country's government is bad for not punishing citizens that burn the Quran. Lovely.
