Staying here was a complete waste of money. It was poorly managed and maintained. We received attitudes from the staff the moment we checked in. The shower in the bathroom had mold/mildew all on the bottom and the wallpaper was peeling off in multiple places. The “cafe” didn’t have half the items they offered on the menu, and the operations manager tried to tell me I didn’t have breakfast for two included with my reservation. I specifically paid for the accommodation. The cafe was also closed one day without any reason. There were no microwaves in the rooms to heat the food that you had to bring in from outside of the hotel and the one in the lobby barely worked. The fire pit that was featured on the website didn’t work and we were told it had been broken for months. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to no one. It was the worst Marriott stay I’ve had and made me think poorly on the whole Marriott brand of hotels.

Shuttle: On time when we arrived already waiting. Front Desk: Not too pleasant at night (Guy), Morning (Lady). Breakfast: Continental, grab bag and can get a flavored Starbuck's coffee. Rooms: Pretty nice with balcony, king bed (comfortable). Bathroom: Soft towels with good water pressure in bath. Surrounding Area: Lots of restaurants and other shops.

Often there for work. Good location but sketchy area. Fans are really loud in the rooms but the hotel itself is usually quiet. The staff are always super friendly and the bar food is tasty. Bummer they never have coffee made in the lobby before I leave at 6:30 am.

Disappointing Experience at Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Airport My recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Airport was extremely disappointing. Not only was my vehicle's back side window inexplicably busted out while parked in the hotel's parking lot, but the hotel's security patrol failed to take any action or investigate the matter. The lack of response and assistance in addressing this incident was unacceptable. Furthermore, when I reached out to the hotel management for compensation and access to video surveillance footage, I was met with a dismissive response. The hotel refused to take responsibility for the security of its guests' belongings and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I had always appreciated the exceptional service and security measures provided by this establishment, but this experience has shattered my trust. I cannot recommend Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Airport to anyone, as their lack of accountability and disregard for guest safety is deeply concerning. Overall, my stay was marred by this incident and the hotel's inadequate response. I urge potential guests to consider alternative accommodations that prioritize guest safety and take responsibility for any unfortunate incidents that may occur.

The stay was fine yes the heat/ac unit is kinda loud. My issue lies in the fact I was double charged. Three calls in and still not resolved if I didn't know any better I'd think there is some sort of fraud or theft going on here. Because of this I could not recommend this hotel. I've had this issue before since I do travel for work showed proof of being charged twice and a clear explanation yet still no refund. I would have no patience for billion dollar companies who drag there feet to solve a situation.
