This hotel should be 2 or 1 star because the standard is not even close to 3 not even mentioning 4. The state of the rooms from the pictures on the site and on the probably fake reviews is great. The reality is quite completely different. There are blood stains on the pillows, the materaces are just dirty as shown below, there is dust all over places where they are too lazy to clean. And the bathroom. Oh my gosh that's the worst looking (and smelling!) Bathroom I've ever been in a 4 star hotel(it should be -1 for the state of the shower). The handles are rusty. Rusty?! Do You even believe that can happen in a hotel? And i think that's enough. The pictures will tell You all that You need to know. And You should know not to even consider this place.

Wifi was very bad, rooms weren't cleaned properly and regularly, doors were not working properly, there's no safe even though they said there were, fridge didn't work, half of the shower door is missing. Food is okay, though it's very similar every day, almost the same. Terrace was nice, it has a nice view. It definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars, don't be fooled by that.

Rooms are dirty and not cleaned regularly. Furniture is fine. Wi-Fi is so bad you barely can use it. Food is not great, everyday the same, portions with meat are very small, but salads and fruit are not limited. If you come to eat 15-20min before closing time, you will eat only salad, nothing else left. Location is far from the center, but local bus is nearby. Osman is very nice bartender.

Very lovely hotel with amazing views and clean, simple rooms. The food was very delicious and the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I ended up staying in this hotel in a very stressful situation and all alone, and experienced incredible kindness from the owner and staff. Thank you to everyone at Ada Class, if I ever return to Kusadasi, I will definitely book with you!

The hotel is so dirty, only a few people speak english. There were 4 of us in the room and we were sick vomiting and had diarrhea for 2 days and the cleaning service REFUSED to give us any more toilet paper. the "clean" towels smell of chlorene, there is ONLY HOT WATER LIKE HOT NOT WARM, the wifi does not work (we did complain multiple times). the food is really nice, but the breakfast could be better. the floors are like really really dirty, everything is dusty and falling apart. the lights in the rooms are dim, making it imposible to apply makeup. the cleaning service refused to give us new towels (even though we used translate to explain we were sick and that the towels we were using are now yuck). in short, never again
