Clean, great service, heated pools, heated hot tubs, hammocks. Next level service. Paid 95 mil pesos for the día del sol. A lot of places have misleading photos, but this place is legit. They give you two snacks, and a lunch. Highly recommend this place.

Do not stay here. The staff is super rude. There is NO INTERNET CONNECTION. The place is overpriced looks nothing like photos. There is a bald man and his wife and when you go to them with concerns they literally laugh in your face. It’s appalling. Do not stay here ever.

This is a nice hotel tucked away from the main roads the views from this hotel are amazing the staff is very nice and profesional. The food was super delicious there are many amenities inside the hotel. No need to go out this place has it in one spot. Fishing Bird watching Trails to walk Hammocks to rest Big swimming 🏊‍♂️ Jacuzzis Massage therapy Boat ride ,skiing jet skiing You name it they have it,but overall the peace and quiet from this place its amazing The prices are fair not ridiculous like other hotels around.

I NEVER write bad reviews but this place deserved a 1 star if wasn't for the Spectacular view. The whatsapp virtual customer service is amazing however the in person customer service is by far the worst service I have ever experienced for various reasons. 1. When asked for assistance to roll luggage we got our eyes rolled and literally a response "I guess we can help" 2. We took our 1 1/2 year old and although they had milk available they refused to sell us some although the hotel is located in a remote area. I didn't ask for free milk, I was willing to pay whatever the cost was but nope. 3. When asked for towels for the pool, we once again had eyes rolled to the point where I no longer felt comfortable staying there so we requested a taxi to eat in town for dinner 4. When requested a taxi to take us to the airport at 4 AM the in person women questioned us on why so early, like what does that matter? However the virtual assistant was able to handle it without an issue 5. They serve breakfast from 8-10AM, we arrived at 9:20 and we're literally offered Scraps for food. They didn't even ask if we wanted anything else. If I would of known this I wouldn't had paid for the breakfast option. 6. Although the rooms have amazing views it is extremely over priced for what they offer and the horrible customer service. 7. The plus side the pool is heated and has a spectacular views. If you care for the view but don't care about not getting treated well go ahead and book this place. However there are significantly cheaper places in the area that will greet you with open arms. You would think being some of a few guest (most rooms were empty) we would of had some kind of good experience, or maybe that was a sign of their subpar service.
