I had a really good stay, i enjoyed the furnished apartment and disposal with separate door from bathroom. Overall quiet, as i sleep early. Localisation is just perfect, Prado beach by 7 min walk, bus, metro, Prado place, all close by I recommand.

Location: Top! Near the big beach Plage du Prado, 10 Min. per foot. And near a big supermarket where you can by all the stuff you need for a perfect stay. The hotel is located in a quiet side-alley. Room: The furniture looks realy old and quite used, also the bathroom is quite old and would need an renovation. The small kitchen was quite usefull, especially the fridge. Beds were okey. Staff: Very friendly and helpfull at the reception, we had no other contact with other staff members. Service: There is no roomservice within a stay up to 7 days (otherwise you would have to pay for it).

My pullout bed (the mattress) smelt like urine. They don't clean your rooms, empty, trash, refresh towels, and turn down service each day. Also, our room smelt like an ashtray the first day we were here. After a few days, asked an employee for 4 new towels and she told me she can only give me two. I don't know if all of Marseille is like this or what. Location is close to the water but I wouldn't call it a good location. Restaurants are ok, this area of town is a bit run down and dirty. The hotel itself could use a face lift. They do have strong WiFi and descent parking.
