Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and facility were clean and inviting. We appreciated the shuttles to Cleveland Clinic. The underground parking was a great way to stay out of the weather.

Currently staying for the weekend with my fiancé just so we can have some time to ourselves before my upcoming birthday. Parking is decent and I love how the parking lot is right outside within room window view. Room is almost sound proof so you don't really hear much of the outside noise of Euclid Avenue. The beds are beyond soft and soothing. Only issue I have is the small doorway space of the bathroom. Gonna try out the free breakfast tomorrow morning. Highly recommend this hotel if you just wanna get away and have time to yourself.

The rooms are worn down and dirty, wallpaper is peeling, carpet is stained with holes in it. Staff is not very welcoming at all. The underground parking garage is nice for bad weather but doesn’t seem very secure. The location is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance but I would stay anywhere else.

I rented a room today specifically to treat my wife to a nice day out and their jacuzzi tub. The experience was ruined when we filled the tub up, turned on the jets and flakey mold came shooting out. In anticipation for some self cleaning I brought some bleach cleaners prayed it in the tub, ran it through for 15 minutes and drained it not once but twice. After the third time we just said forget it and took a shower in the shower that smelled of cheap cigarettes (in a non-smoking facility mind you). Overall a very unpleasant experience and I wouldn't recommend it if you're just trying to get away for the jacuzzi tub. The front desk staff was about the only thing pleasant about this place. Edit: I added the photo of the black flakes after the 3rd attempted flush of the tub.

This hotel was actually not bad. You get what you pay for, really. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good, with lots of options (scrambled eggs, sausage patties , bacon, cereals, breads, juices, yogurts, coffee, tea, etc). It was a nice bonus. The rooms and common areas were satisfactory. Cleanliness in our room was great. Service was great. Location was good. Parking: decent, make sure to trust the gentleman in the lot. Some parkers needed to hand him their keys in case someone else was blocked in. I was a little unsure, but it all worked out fine.
