We just spent 2 nights here for our 2 year anniversary, even with the construction going on, our stay was incredible. View wasn't the greatest out the windows. Staff was over the top nice and we felt so special at so many different moments. Perfect location for the hockey game we went to, literally right next door to the hotel. Went down and got some of the breakfast buffet and that was good, server was super sweet. All around a good experience. Thank you to the hotel and staff for a great stay for us. Will definitely be back.

Phenomenal restaurant staff!Housekeeping needs improvement. At breakfast, the waitress asked how my night was. I said the room was a bit loud. She immediately had the room changed without being asked. I loved that it came up naturally because I probably wouldn't have said anything about that otherwise. The overall customer service and hospitality of the restaurant staff far exceeded my expectations. One waitress was so attentive Wednesday evening when I stopped by for a quick dessert. She made some suggestions to help get me closer to what I was craving without having to go out in the cold (impromptu root beer float.) Her demeanor was also so pleasant and open, like a family member was taking care of me. Both rooms I stayed in had globs of shampoo/soap dried onto the shower floor. You could tell it hadn't been scrubbed between guests. Also, in the first room, I found dried rose petal crumbs in my sheets, and it looked like the floor wasn't swept. I'm pretty sure the bedding wasn't fresh, so I slept on the top sheet because I had come in later than expected, was sick, and just needed to sleep. Hopefully, the next time I visit the housekeeping will be better. That one detail changing would make it a 5 star experience for me. Thank you, restaurant staff!!!

We had a quick stay over arriving after 2am. Darrel on the overnight staff was great in getting us checked in. I called ahead due to the late hour to make sure the reservation was all good, he was able to pull it up and verify things for us. Once we arrived around 3am, he had our keys already made, gave us a quiet corner room and set us up with a late check out. Fantastic experience even if it was quick.
