Not a nice place to stay. Asked twice to two different guys from the staff for earplugs and they both told me they would get them to my room and they never showed up. Why not just say "No we don't have earplugs, sorry." Jerk move. Floors are paper thin, everytime someone steps on the upper floor it squeaks so much. In the breakfast room they didn't replace the bread for the day and it had flies flying around and on the bread itself. AC unit didn't work. I could just keep going. Not recommended.

Basic and clean (4.3 rating). Breakfast is minimal but it's has what you need to start a day, protein (boiled eggs, yogurt,cheese), whole grain bread, fresh apples, coffee, juice, and water dispensers (plus other thing I don't eat). Lots of Middle Eastern stores and eateries in this neighborhood which I enjoyed.

Sorry to say, could be better. It's just a basic place to stay, so get over that and you'll be fine. Rooms need some modernisation, but beds clean and bathroom works. Staff friendly, breakfast adequate.

I reserved a room. The staff that I spoke to was very rude, unpleasant and difficult to speak to. He would interrupt me and would go on and on without listening to what was being said. He said he used to be manager somewhere and now works as a staff overlooking the booking policy. I wish I remembered the name. I had to immediately cancel the booking. If I could give this a 0 star for service I'd give it that Just a horrible experience
