This hotel had a great location to Hyde Park, shops, restaurants, underground and busses. The shower head was broken, so hope they fix that soon. Be aware the rooms are tiny, we were expecting small, but still were shocked, so just think twice about that. Read that again. You may think you know small, but think again. There is also no elevator so be prepared to climb narrow and steep stairs every day. Everything else was decent. They will hold your luggage, which is super nice for those early/late arrivals or departures. There is breakfast available, rooms have AC and windows that open as well, hot shower and outlets. Pros: Great location near Queensway station. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Toilet paper is in an accessible location near the toilet. Shower is large for London and has a hose/spray head. Cons: no lift. If you are on floor 6, it's a task to get your luggage up those steps. Breakfast is meager and not a full English breakfast.

If I had read the comments before, I would not have booked this hotel. The 3 rooms we got were small, with small beds, no space to walk or put the luggages. The bathroom was tiny, no lift, no one to help with the bags, terrible stairs. The air conditioner was not working very well, our towels never dryed. The area is ok, but at night I did not felt safe to walk.

Horrible in every way. I'm a Choice Platinum member. Was never recognized. When I arrived, the gentleman said we have rooms on the 6th floor or the 1st floor. I said 6th, because it'd have a better view. He said there is no elevator. I said, oh, I'd have to carry my own bag to the 6th floor?! He said yes. Never offered to carry bags. I said, "okay, i'll take the first floor. He takes forever to keep clicking on the computer. He hands me a card that says "L01." I said, "what does the L" mean? He said, "lower level." I said, do you mean the basement? He said yes. I said, "thats not the first floor. The first floor is UP. So this is a basement? Does it have windows? He said no. I said, I don't want that. He said, well 6th floor is the only option. I said, does it have windows? He said "I don't know." I said, "you don't know whether your rooms have windows"? He said no. I took the 6th floor room, and carried my huge suitcase up. The place was terrible.
