This hotel is about 1 hour drive from Grand Canyon so I definitely recommend it to stay here if you plan to visit the park. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, big and spacious. There was a free parking in the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a good variety!! A major (+) is that they don't keep a deposit from your credit card for the stay in this hotel, unlike a lot of other hotels in USA. Definitely worth your visit and a value for money for sure!! The only problem I could think, is that rooms are not soundproof! You can hear someone walking outside, speaking etc. Not a problem for me but someone else maybe don't like that!

Me and my family stayed here for a couple nights and it was a great experience. The breakfast time was enjoyable with my kids as they had plenty to choose from and I didn't feel rushed by the staff even when we were there past the designated time. Only thing is I noticed they use a lot of plastic in the dining room. Maybe they can try for more paper products. The room was clean and my kids got a kick out of there being a penny in the toilet that would not flush. I personally enjoyed the 24hr refreshment room if I needed to get away for a hot cup of tea. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Comfortable, clean, affordable, and a great value! What stood out to me the most was the complimentary breakfast - one of the most complete and filling compared to those of other hotels. Great way to start your day before a long day of exploring the grand canyon. And afterwards, we could always look forward to coming back for a relaxing and rejuvenating rest

On a recent trip, my husband accidentally left his phone at the hotel, the manager and team went over and above to ensure the phone reached another destination before we left the USA and returned home. We would like to sincerely express our thanks to everyone concerned; you were amazing and we cannot thank you enough. I would certainly recommend this hotel for their customer service and the Manager’s kindness and willingness to assist.

If you’re a female traveling alone, I do NOT recommend this place. First, I walk in and the woman behind the desk (I checked in on the night of 1/04) started to loudly say where my room was located in a room with another guy waiting to check in right behind me. After I cut her off from saying my room number, she proceeds to pull out a map of the hotel and literally guide me (and the rest of the room) right to my door. I think there are much better and safer ways of telling a guest how to get to their room, without the rest of the room knowing too. Then, I get in my room to find the windows completely unlocked. Thank God I checked them because my room was on the first floor and the windows have no screens. Next, I went to my car to get something, and found that the side doors that are SUPPOSED to require room keys for entrance, were completely unlocked and anyone could have gotten in. I’ve attached photos. Very unhappy and think the staff should be better trained on safety.
