I’m a truck driver and this was the best hotel I visited nationwide. The room was very comfortable. The location was convenient and very quiet. The staff was the best. Breakfast was 5 Star and had lots of options. The automatic Pancake Maker was heaven sent!

The hotel is nice enough, the room was fine and clean. However, I had booked it online beforehand and paid for it. When I got to the hotel, I was told there was another fee of 62 dollars, the guy at front desk told me it was a “rental fee” and didn’t feel like explaining, even though I asked twice. Basically, I feel like I was robbed since I paid the nightly rate plus this magical other fee for 1 night

Small room, pool was out of commission (sore sight for eyes), carpet and bathroom floor were dirty, but bed was comfy and close to Grand Canyon. You get what you pay for. Good enough for a good night's rest at a good value.

On entering you can feel a great and positive energy (maybe it's the kitty working the reception desk). The staff has the most charming hospitality you could hope for. The room was great for something considered to be a 2 star hotel. The bedding was super clean and soft. Bamboo bed liners is what got me. I'm picky so I checked. Breakfast had juices, coffee, yogurts, cereal, eggs, sausage, pastries, etc, hit the spot yo. Very Pet friendly within reason and the room did not have evidence that other pets had been there (also people reel your animals in, lol). The outdoor pool with a view is clean and you can see the bottom without obstruction. The TV has more features then the one I have at home. There was free wifi. The location is far enough to keep the forest silence and close enough to stumble home from the town bar. It's also far enough from the town lights that you can get some great stargazing. Can I say again how nice the staff was. The whole place was like a comfortable hostel with private rooms. Most of the guests were international and polite. I made friends. I'll be staying here next time around. I go up every weekend nowadays. :P

The listing needs to be updated. Still showing the building is a Super 8 and yellow exterior. The property is now a SureStay by Best Western. And the building is now blue/gray. They laid new asphalt when we were there a few weeks ago. Beds were comfy. Easy checkin. Nice employees. The pool was refreshing BUT no locking gate to it so anyone could get in...safety issue for little kids. There was tons of concrete debrit in the deep end so we had to stay in the shallow. Should be cleaned out so No one injests that. Can tell the rooms have been remodeled and look nice but the bathrooms need attention still... the tub was yellowed & had stains, baseboards were filthy & splatters of grossness on the walls. Breakfast was simple and pared down from normal Best Western offerings. Great location...easy drive to the Grand Canyon and quick drive into Williams.
