When you read all the reviews about a hotel that is "dated and needs repairs".... This is the one they did the repairs. As a frequent traveler I can tell it's not a brand new facility.... It's not a five star resort.... But it's really decent, and for the money and for the location, it's hard to beat. Pool was reasonably warm. Breakfast was ok, but had awesome Mickey Mouse waffles the kids loved. Great location with easy access to a wide variety from Flea Markets to Swamp Tours to Disney. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, I certainly would stay again.

The room on the 6th floor smelled like old dirty socks. Then the bed was the real issue. It has a thin pillow top and below that an unyeiding hard box. Having arthritis in the hips and back I was in pain in 5 minutes of laying down. We have stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience. That was 10 plus years ago. I can not recommend this place to anyone now. When we arrived around 11:00pm, the parking lot reeked of Marijuana. If we had small kids I would have been extremely upset. The breakfast was okay. Nothing to complain about but it would grow old fast. When I took a shower I was very annoyed there was no towel rack or shelf near the tub. You either had to put it on the toilet tank or across on the counter. The tub also felt narrow. My elbow kept hitting the wall standing in the center of the tub. The shower head had that pink growth on it. Needs a good sanitization. Gross. Enough said. Staff was good and understanding and allowed us to check out the next day out of what was to be a 9 day stay. FYI, all the beds are the same. You can not upgrade and think the bed will be softer.

My family went on vacation for Halloween, this was an awesome hotel. Everyone was so nice there, rooms were awesome, the breakfast was great, but it was the same things so it got a little borning eating the same stuff. Has a really nice pool, hot tub with a lot of chairs to lay on, has a little bar out by the pool. All the parks are like 10-15 minutes away. There was so much to do around the hotel, there was a roller coaster, go cart racing, games across the street, a putt putt down the street, and A strip of stores in Old Town. If we come back, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We checked in on January 18th 2024. The first room had a very distinct mold smell. It took about 25 seconds to find a giant patch of mold on the actual bed. They gave us a new room. Second room had mold on the bed. Next room they tried they have a ton of hair on the bed and dirt. Last room they tried had a lot of mold on the bed. The person on duty said something like why would you get mad at us, I’m just an employee. A terrible one. If 3 rooms have mold wouldn’t you inspect the 4th? Or clean the mold off the obvious spots and we would have been fine. We have been refunded by force through visa. If you value health and wellness this place is very dangerous. I will add the pictures in order of the rooms we were placed in to the best of my memory

Booked with Priceline so room was $123 the first room they tried to give us was right across from elevator and laundry , a strong smell of cleaner right in that area was a no . We switched rooms . The room is as clean as I can be hotel is getting dated , the ac grinds when it runs and the rug is wet under it room 630 ( no need to comment back fix it . Wet rugs equals mold . All and all for the money it’s fine . There are elevator issues and from other comments they must be aware super slow like real slow . Again don’t comment back fix it . Staff etc have been nice hall way smells like weed at 6.30 am not much hotel can do about that . They have plenty of non paid parking . Disney wants 735 a night this 123 do the math .
