Decent place to stay, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly. Room could have used a better vacuuming but was otherwise OK. There were water stains and mildew in one corner of the ceiling. My big complaint was the amount of marijuana being smoked in the room next door. Our bathroom reeked like a Greatful Dead concert.

Plain and simple, I found a roach in my room fourth floor after being there for 3 days. I have video of it. Do not ever stay here

The ice machine on our floor was broken, and the hall smelled of urine for the 28-day stay! I had to ask weekly for my shower to be cleaned. It was not scrubbed clean until I complained of mold inside. That was on the final week. Kendra, at the front desk, was super friendly and helped with the frustration. However, it is frustrating, and I will not stay here again. I changed hotels for the 2nd month of my stay due to not being happy here. Very frustrating considering how much money I spent here.

For more information, I am a platinum member with choice hotels and have used them for over 10 years. Yesterday I made a reservation at this location and when I went to check in the lady in the front desk was extremely rude and would not take me in, I asked her why she wouldn't take me and I asked for her name and she wouldn't tell me. I continued to ask and she picked up the phone and said she was calling the cops. I left without a word and let my coworker know of what had just happened and he went in there to try and figure out what happened and as soon as she heard he was with me she picked up the phone and called the police and asked them to come. So I left. Me and my partner are both P.O.C. and she was a white lady, I truly believe this was a case of racial discrimination especially because of the attitude she showed to me before I even mentioned my reservation. I have never had such a terrible experience such as this one at any other Comfort inn or suites. This is a huge issue that needs to be resolved. I would've never expected to have been discriminated in such an offensive way in a place so close to Atlanta, a city filled with racial diversity. My confirmation number is 87530345 just to prove that none of this was made up.
