My son and I spent three nights here and had a great stay. I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying that the rooms are small, but ours was more spacious than what I’m accustomed to in London. We even had a small couch and a desk. We didn’t ask much of the staff, but they were always helpful when needed. Last, the location is fantastic, close to transportation and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I just spent a lovely time at the hotel . We were there for approximately 10 days. The staff were extremely friendly the front desk staff were charming and very helpful in many ways the property was very clean and the room very comfortable even though as most London hotels go the room was small. We will definitely stay there again. We highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in was a bit weird. We were told to sit down, and we thought someone would come over, but nothing happened. Our room was in the basement and very modern looking. However, upon settling in and attempting to watch the TV, the remote wasn't working. However, this was rectified by a staff member. When we came to use the kettle all was going OK until the power tripped in the sockets which we assumed happened because we had both tv and kettle on together however once the fuse was put back on and the TV off, the kettle again tripped the electric, apparently they know about this but obviously nothing has been sorted and really needs to be looked at but unfortunately no maintenance staff appeared as promised so luckily we had our own travel kettle otherwise we would have been stuck. Also, the bathroom tap has been incorrectly plumbed in, so when you turn tap to hot, it's cold and cold is hot. Breakfast was OK, but food items were cold, and one of the two eggs I ordered wasn't cooked properly. Also, the bacon was strange and not pleasant. Luckily I purchased this via Groupon as I wouldn't want to pay the actual price they charge.

The location of this hotel is everything. We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 10 nights. However, the housekeeping was very weak, and they took around £50 at check-in as insurance but did not return it. We discussed this during the check-out, and the front desk staff assured us that it would be refunded immediately. It has now been more than a month, and despite our attempts to contact them, they only said to check with the bank. The bank confirmed that the amount was debited from our account !!
