The guest house exceeded our expectation! excellent management. much better than most 5stars we stayed around that area. with very good prices. rooms are great and comfy with everything you need able to satisfy even the most exigent clients. staff are very friendly and beyound helpful. their restaurant have everything, delicious food, comfy, good atmosphere and best price benefit we found in pataya. I highly recommend the guest house. you can definitely book it with no worries. 10+

A spacious private 2 twin bedroom & bathroom for a cheap price. The place was a bit hard to find, but once you get there, the check-in and check-out was really easy, and the room had everything it needed, A/C to towels. The bed was a bit hard, but it did its job. I left my journal here and I called them to look for it. When they found it, they offered to send it to the place I was staying in Bangkok by parcel! The staff was very kind. Strongly recommended for an economic stay in Pattaya!

Rooms are tidy next to convenient stores, pharmacy, 7/11, Tesco mini mart, market bar, Sabine’s bar, local restaurants plenty of hotels, cafes, local day markets, massages, and more. Less than five minutes to Jomtien beach. Good room rates at just 500bht a night you can’t really complain. If your just looking for a place to crash and not a fussy punter then it’s suitable for a night or two.
