Condotti Palace

Overall, Condotti Palace is a fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location. The hotel's modern and tasteful design, along with friendly and helpful staff, makes for a great experience. However, we did encounter an issue with our AC that remained unresolved for two days, and the lack of updates on the situation until our departure was disappointing. The Positives: Location, location, location. Condotti Palace shines when it comes to its prime location. Situated on a charming street filled with restaurants, shops, and pharmacies, it's only a stone's throw away from the renowned Spanish Steps, Via Condotti (home to ultra-luxury boutiques), and Via del Corso (a bustling shopping street). Although the hotel isn't directly connected to the lobby (Hotel Condotti), it's just a short walk away. The hotel's design is elegant, the rooms are modern and clean, and the staff provided a warm welcome, assisting with our luggage and explaining everything about the hotel. We were even offered hotel-branded umbrellas to reach the lobby during rainy weather, which was a thoughtful gesture. The Drawbacks: One downside is that the walls seem a bit thin, as we could hear our neighbors next door throughout the night. However, the most significant issue we encountered was the malfunctioning AC. We requested assistance from the reception, and they assured us a technician would address the problem the next morning. Unfortunately, the AC remained non-functional upon our return the following evening, and the staff didn't provide any updates on the repair, almost as if the issue didn't exist. This was regrettable, as it was the sole factor that prevented our stay from being a luxurious experience in an otherwise excellent hotel.
