Rooms are clean albeit really on the small side. This is more of a solo traveller hotel than someplace to stay with a partner. We arrived early for our check in, asked if we could check in early and was told it wasn’t possible. That’s fine. They arranged a ride from the airport to the hotel. We tried to kill some time walking around but eventually ended up at the hotel since it’s really hot here today. No one offered water or any thing but they did suggest we hang out in the rooftop terrace while we wait. Up we went and every table was occupied, not by people, but belongings to all the staff sitting in the corner. Every single table had something on it (computers. Phones, flowers, papers)one person said hello but not one got up to move anything or make us feel welcome.needless to say this isn’t a good start to our stay and if we’re weren’t already here we would find somewhere else to stay the weekend. The service leaves something to be desired.
