I stayed here, November 2023 for a week with the family. There was some great things about this property. it well-maintained, despite its age it's in a very good location and it has fantastic views. . The food is also of a high standard. The service staff and the room attendance both did an impeccable job. There were, however, some shortcomings during the visit, including recognition of Hilton membership status. There was also another issue with the general lack of enough service staff in the food service areas and this was very obvious throughout the stay consistently both in the downstairs breakfast area and also the executive lounge. The staff you had on shift were working, extremely hard to do their best, but you simply didn't have enough of them. There were large queues of people, and I had to repeatedly ask for food to be replenished, both in the executive lounge and the buffet. The executive lounge was also in a bit of a state with many tables, not cleared simply because the staff were not enough in numbers to be able to manage the volume of customers. This is not something that I find acceptable for the price, the hotel is charging and the service level that I was expecting. There is an image attached here that shows this in the executive lounge as evidence. I would look at staying at this hotel again, but you seriously need to review your staffing levels for the price that you are charging, especially after I just came from the Conrad in Osaka where I did not experience this issue at all, and they were also extremely busy

From the moment I stepped into the Conrad Tokyo, I knew my stay was going to be something special. This hotel is just the best. First class in everything . The staff is so friendly and our guest relations person Peter is the best. We were treated so well here. The food is outstanding.. I cant say enough great things about this hotel and staff. Its great and Peter made our stay exceptional. Higjly recommend staying here.

We stayed for two nights at the beginning and the end of our Japan trip and it completely blow our minds away! We specially want to thank Monica for her outstanding service and we never felt so well cared for! Also the ocean view plus the park view is so calming and beautiful and it can be seen from the lobby bar and executive lounge too. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone travel to Tokyo. Yes and the breakfast and other restaurants are also otherworldly good!

Pros Great rooms and view. Central location close to the high life and close to Ginza as well. The check in process for Diamond is great and people really put in the extra mile. Shout out to Monica from the Executive Lounge, who speaks multiple languages and has the aptitude of general management. She should probably be promoted if she isn't high up there. The elevators are fast and it feels like I never share or wait for anyone. Staff from the bottom floor on are amazing. I don't know their names but every single one has been good. If I had to compare three five stars I stayed at the Prince, Park, and Conrad I would say I enjoyed Conrad the most. The Prince was a little bit more luxurious but the staff is better at the Conrad than most five stars I've stayed around Japan and the world. The value is there. Breakfast buffet definitely has good variety but it never changed from he time I checked in. Cons The executive lounge tea time is weird and the drinks are never cold? Hoping they will close the open door format and maybe get an ice dispenser in there. The lounge is small but great when you don't hit peak times for a quick latte. The tea time has some cakes but the sandwiches has no filling? I never went to cocktails or tea time too often. Some guests are strange. witnessed someone complaining about not getting perks cause they were not diamond and above.
