Stayed with my family during our vacation in Da Nang. The male receptionist (didn’t manage to get his name) was polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Affordable place with great location👍🏻

❌❌❌ Avoid this hotel ❌❌❌ I am a Travel vlogger & I Just checked into this hotel, and unfortunately, my initial impressions are less than favorable. The room I was assigned feels extremely cramped and closed in, giving off a claustrophobic vibe & very small room Moreover, the window view is virtually nonexistent, as it’s obstructed by a nearby wall. + getting alot of noises disturbance from outside which is causing headache literally

I paid a little extra for one of the bigger rooms with a good view. The aircondition on the room did not work properly, so it was too hot on the room to sleep. One of the security guards brought up an extra aircondition, but that one didnt work properly either. Too bad they couldnt move us to a different room. The receptionist didnt speak that well english either and their card machine didnt work. I’m sure the hotel normally is good, but I did not get a good experience. The breakfast was good!

It’s just one of those hotels past it’s best. TV remote missing and TV not connected. Gave up after 2 days of asking. The chef at breakfast didn’t know how to cook an omelette as the oil and pan were not hot enough. Some of the cooked food was fatty and of low quality. Motorbike hire was good. The reception staff were rude. The cleaning staff removed a door key and this was my fault. They tried to hold onto my driving license as I guess they wanted money. They were not getting it. Literally a once grand hotel now in its decline
