1- The Air Conditioner (AC) doesn't work well in most of the rooms, I had to change my room because of the bad AC and when I switched to another room still the same, AC doesn't work!!! 2-The staff are very rude and so unprofessional specially the lady works in the morning. 3-There is no elevator and the rooms sizes are very tight. 4-They change the bed sheets once every 3 days (so nasty) also, I found a blood on the bed sheet (so disgusting). Take my advice: if you care about your health and don't want to waste your money then DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

The room is pretty good just no elevator, we came to the hotel at 12:30am and bought a room on the spot and wasn’t told a check out time. me and my friend decided to explore a little in the morning, when we come back the owner stopped us in a rude manner and told us we’re past the check out time and that we need to leave or pay we explained we weren’t told the check out time and since we came so late we thought we had more time in the hotel. Me and my friend had money to pay to stay extra but that rude attitude made us go somewhere else he followed us like criminals and was watching over us pack our stuff. He was asking for 400 lira for another night but we found a better spot for 250!!

Basic hotel with daily housekeeping and a small basic Turkish breakfast...rooms and bathroom are well equipped...clean...daily fresh towels...location very closed to Taksim square (2minutes)... prices reasonable... gay- friendly... can be loud at noght cause of street...lots of taxis there... but everything around there shops barber restaurants streetfood ... no lift in the hotel (for elderly may not comfortable) But staff is very helpfully speaks English and helps you bringing up your luggage.. Room price daily 150 TL for a 10 day stay

Worst hotel ever ,worst experience I have ever had , the hotel manager Ismail very tough and extremely rude person , our room air condition doesn’t work 3 days with consistent promise from hotel staff that they will fix it , red liquid on the floor u may thought it’s blood , tv & refrigerated doesn’t work too, we have been late 2 hrs for check out , we have been kick out we don’t recommend To stay at this hotel ever
