I would give zero stars if I could! Seriously terrible place, avoid at all cost! The apartment was really run down, cupboards broken and dirt everywhere despite them “cleaning” it thoroughly. Stains on floors walls windows. The bed sheets and towels provided all had stains on them which were just disgusting. We had to tell them several times to clean the room and stayed here a week, they did not come and clean the room or change the bed sheets. After asking them to clean the room they changed the bed sheets and towels (replacing them with even more stained ones) and that was basically it, they didnt bother to empty any of the bins etc. It is no where near 4*. From my experience it isn’t even a 1* literally.

We booked a room through booking and when we went there the receptionist (who couldn’t speak English) told us that they don’t have a room. What surprised me even more was his attitude: he was laughing as if this situation was entertaining for him. As a result, we were looking for a new room in Istanbul at 1am. Stay away from this hotel!

I reserved room through booking.com as reviews were positive and thought staying there will be a life time experience. Oh my God, they were terribly rude and totally fraud. The actual thing is they rented out the room to someone else for more than I paid for. Travelling all the day long and I reached there almost dying with tiredness and they refused the room. I had confirmation with me that I made well before time and I reached there after contacting them via phone and they confirmed my reservation. If room was not available they could have informed via email but they never informed. I had a very positive image of Turkish people and it was my first time in Istanbul and their non professional behavior ruined my experience. They forced me to hand over my passport to them and take the responsibility of cancelling the room on my shoulder. I asked for wifi so that I can find another hotel and they totally refused and asked me to leave. I totally believe that those positive reviews are fake and on ground they are fraud.
