These are not suites these are a joke! We went to our room after a long journey from Crete and it was a disaster ! The room was a mess and dirty , especially the bathroom was a nightmare because we found hair and urine !! Unbelievable! And besides that in the main room was dust , carbage!! Also in the hallways there is an awful smell that makes you throw up! For real !!!! We asked for a refund or an another solution in a very polite way and they refused everything ! So we ended up to look for a new hotel in the middle of the night ! I call them thief’s and no one should ever visit them again ! Be careful there are more descent hotels in instabul and cheaper !

rooms? When we entered we thought we were in a camp! The smell of the cesspool, the image yellow from the urine! I won't talk about service, but how can I do it if there was none? We didn't sit for more than 10 minutes, we asked for our money back and only irony came to us! Pathetic workers at this "hotel"… Maybe it was for pets and we messed it up! Now that I think back on it, I laugh, because it's there for laughs. Thank God I only lost my money and not my health!
