We truly had a five star experience with The Underwood from the very first interaction on the open house viewing to moving in. The service we received were very efficient with no issues at all. The location is perfect and so is the building itself. We love our apartment and every bit of living in this building. I thought of sharing more picture as I felt it didnt have enough to say how amazing it is! As a renter I had to visit many places to find a good living place in Calgary and the Underwood made to the top of the list by a great margin. Hope this review helps you renters as I know the pain of apartment hunting =) oh must say the furry friends you meet in and around this place is just icing on the cake!!!

From the looks of the presentation centre, the floorplans and the exterior, this building looks like a great addition to the area. Very excited about the food hall concept on the lower level. The gym, yoga and outdoor amenities space on the rooftop is a great feature.

I have lived here just over a year ; with all I have experienced over this period ; I have confident to post my thought . Of course it is individual choice ; for me ; it is the quiet surrounding ; little adjacent play ground for the little ones to play , view of Victoria park . the suite flows nicely even a small footage ; mine is #580 , I can create my own home ; even this is not my house . Service are excellent , quick response . And For me cleanliness anbeside put Window cleaning in July is good timing for summer plants to show off their Colours 😊 Just got the common area carpet cleaned today , another perfect timing ; to set the mood for Christmas deco , these are my things ; hanging wreath on door to say merry Christmas to my good neighbours , never too early for Christmas , season to spread joy and to give love ❤️, peace on earth every one 🙏 . is august 10 , 2023 , I just want to add one more good note about the Underwood : a place to live with very little to no issue , and when one comes up , the respond is phenomena quick thanks to The management team of Trevor and Noah and Nelson ; the technician ( sorry for mentioning your names ) but good work needs to be recognized ; to my opinion , thank you all for making me feel very happy to renew my lease 🙏
