Can't recommend this place enough. Stayed in > 10 hotels / airbnb's in Rome this year & this is one of my fav. The value is unbeatable. Spacious room with desk, large comfy bed + duvet, big washroom (for Rome), super clean, & the wifi is reliable (even for work / video calls). St Peters is 15min walk, + many resto's, cafe's & grocery stores within 5 min walk. Delia responds right away, is reliable, & HELPFUL. It's a dorm-style place with only ~5 other rooms so it's perfect (wasn't noisy a single night). By far a better option than staying at a hotel (which usually have tiny washrooms, tiny rooms + terrible wifi + smell weird). This is a no brainer & a real review.

Comfy quiet B&B, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Owners is a very nice. At first a little bit difficult to find the B&B but once found it is awesome. Location is brilliant just 600m from the subway and 1.2 km from the Vatican with a lot of restaurants close by.
