Management doesn't seem to care about customer feedback, so let me show you the response from the staff: =================================================== Dear sir, first of all I don't know who you are and with what right you give me orders! I remind you that Borgognona Rooms is not a hotel but a guest house. I sent dozens and dozens of messages to find out the arrival time but her friends didn't bother to read or even reply to my messages!!! Next time when you book please read the conditions carefully!!!! ==================================================== Actually, I called him/her to tell them to go there and open the door. Then I sent a msg with a friendly reminder.

At the time of checking out 11:00am, the door was closed immediately. And my tickets plus cash equals 300 euros inside my room. i couldn't take it because the doors were closed automatically. i tried many times calling the owner from local number, international number, whatsapp, and throw booking messages but never answered. I have proof. Because of this issue, i lost my trip schaudal and i had to buy new tickets for my trip to Cabri, and it cost me more than expected. Till this moment, the owner still hasn't answered me yet. And during my stay in the apartment, water was falling from the ceiling on the sofa bed, and I called him several times, wanting him to fix it, but he did not respond to me, because of that I slept on the floor next to the large bed on which my parents slept This is not acceptable at all.
