When we complained at checkout, the manager told the receptionist to make us delete this review online. Unethical business. Rooms are advertised as sound proof but it is extremely loud. Yesterday night the room smells like cigarettes. Tonight the room smells like someone is smoking in our room. The night supervisor knocks on doors and wakes other guests assuming Chinese people are smoking. This hotel has many smoke detectors. He tells me they do not work. This hotel is non smoking rooms but it is a lie. In fact, today, the staff are celebrating with concert sized speakers and volume so loud is is shaking the walls. Rooms were clean and affordable- also in a central location for walking but I would never book here again. Staff should be loud somewhere else and should not disturb the guests Very loud. Very stinky.

This hotel was well located, just a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Also close enough to the dragon bridge in walking distance. The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly the two Lynh's and Love at the counter really excellent service. Rooms were standard which at the price was pretty good.

During my recent two-night stay at the Cosmos Hotel in Da Nang, I had the opportunity to experience the accommodations and services provided. The room I occupied was notably spacious, which provided a sense of comfort and ease. However, I would like to note that the balcony, while sizable, was not a traditional outdoor balcony but rather a large window. An issue I encountered during my stay was related to noise levels within the room. The building behind the hotel was undergoing some renovation or repair work, which, at times, resulted in a certain level of disturbance. Despite this, the view from the room was praiseworthy, offering a picturesque scene of the sea and the opportunity to witness a stunning sunrise. The hotel's location proved to be convenient, with a beach just a short ten-minute walk away. Additionally, the nearby street boasted a wide array of dining options, primarily specializing in Korean and Western cuisines. This diversity in dining choices allowed for a pleasing culinary experience throughout my stay. I would like to acknowledge the professional and polite demeanor of the hotel's reception staff, who consistently offered assistance and guidance during my visit. Their commitment to delivering excellent service was certainly a positive aspect of my stay at the Cosmos Hotel. In conclusion, my stay at the Cosmos Hotel in Da Nang provided several positive elements, such as spacious rooms and a welcoming reception staff. Nevertheless, it's essential to be aware of the noise issue due to the ongoing renovation work in the adjacent building. The proximity to the beach and a variety of dining options in the vicinity make this hotel a practical choice for travelers seeking both convenience and comfort.
