We had an absolute terrible experience with this hotel. The service we have received is the worst I have had in my years of travelling and would urge you not to stay here. We stayed during the heat wave of this summer and unfortunately our air conditioning didn’t work from day one. We couldn’t sleep and even had to have showers through out the night. Numerous times we tried to contact the hotel, we finally found someone there who promised it would be fixed and if not move us to another room. Neither happened we tried numerous times to contact someone all with empty promises. They also promised a 15% refund again this has never happened and since returning I’ve tried numerous times to contact them. Whilst there other guests had problems and again nothing was solved. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this hotel fully deserves this review and I would recommend not staying there. I have given the hotel plenty of opportunity to reply however they have chosen not to I feel this says it all.

i knew it was a cheap hostal but i expected that it would be CLEAN. but it was not! the shower was full of hair , toilet was nasty, the walls had spots of liquid, there was no heat ( there was an aircondition but no controller ) they had no winter blankets so we slept under a summer blanket so it was freezing cold! very sad and waist of money, i just wanted to sleep in my car...

Just got back from a 4 night stay here, the rooms are lovely, minimal & perfect location if you are wanting a quick visit to Marbella. They don't have any ironing boards and no kettles, so if you're super British like me, and need a cuppa tea, beware, or if you need to iron you'll have to makeshift a board :) what we didn't know until day 3 was there is a small roof terrace which is perfect for bathing and relaxing. There are lots of shops nearby and Costa Marbella Starlight is just on the side of the most wonderful Old Town in Marbella. You cannot get a better location at this price. The beach is actually so close, it is over the road, and down by the Amare hotel. It is perfect location, I cannot stress that enough.

Me and a friend had some music and 3 guests (we had 2 studio's of 3 person each so we could have 6 guests total) They said we weren't allowed to have a party (which we didn't) apparently 25% music volume on your phone can wake up every guest in the building.. lol. They took 50 Euro from us. It's not even about the money, it's about ruining our night and then fining us for not having a good soud isolation in your hotel/appartement. I've traveled alot and been to many hotels/airbnb/apartments and never seen any with this kind of poor sound isolation. I can even hear people pooping in other rooms.. come on man..
