The quality of the food was outstanding, making each morning a culinary pleasure. The rooms, adorned with modern decor, were comfortable and inviting. The hotel was great the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed all day around the pool. The bar service was great and clean. The breakfast selection was yummy but repetitive. They also offer taxi service which was quick to pick us up from the hotel great option to offer as very hard to find available taxis due to high level of tourists. Location is great as walking distance to main area to restaurants.Special thank you to Ceyda she was always helpful and asked if we needed anything at all times. Thanks Costa Maya for making our stay great with good memories.

Location is good. Very much a 3 star hotel, Rooms very average. New guest relations agent - thought carrying luggage to room was below his station. Customer service should be his/her main job.

The music pumping every day from the pool 11am-7pm is really really annoying.. especially when it's not good music at all! The beds aren't comfy with and rooms have no furniture, not even a chair to sit in your room, if you need to work on vacation this isn't the place. Beware of spiders in room also! I can commend the pool boys as they work insanely long hours with smiles on their faces.. location is pretty good but that's about it!
