The room located on the ground floor: Mold on the walls and overall damp odour. A small window with a delightful view of a wall and the window into the next room; said window does not allow proper ventilation. Despite the air conditioning, the air is heavy and wet. I love pets but finding a cockroach in the shower and one in the bed as a welcome is a bit much. We were informed that the room had been bug sprayed that very morning....not sure why a hotel room should need regular bug spraying but it obviously isn't doing the trick. Fridge - not switched on Shower - split personality one second cold the next scolding Check in - late. Room was not ready at the time listed for check in, had to wait for it to be cleaned (would have hated to have seen it before!). Location - amazing! The only saving grace. For a hotel that is brand new I was really expecting a lot more. The room needs to be advertised for what it is.....a cellar.

Costa Viva is a phenomenal hotel in the heart of Bodrum. It is within walking distance to great food, music, boat tours, beaches… you name it! The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and will be staying here every time we’re in Bodrum!

The hotel have a great location in the middle of the center near everything you don't even need a taxi ,the staff are friendly,and the hotel is pet friendly, food was the same no diversity in the breakfast , rooms not big and not clean 😞,they should work on the hygiene more, and working on the entrance of the hotel in order to have a waiting area outside, When we reach the hotel internet was down for the whole vacation so we was obligated to stay in the lobby for internet
