This was an absolutely delightful place to stay during our time in Florence. We loved the spacious rooms, the location, and the beautiful backyard space where we ate apricots on our final morning. Simone is super helpful, and I appreciated everything about this place. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, which only worked at random times and not really in our room. But we weren’t in Florence to stay in our room, so it gave us a great motivation to get out and explore the city!

Awesome stay! Right near the Florence train station, as well as walking distance to many of the city's attractions. The place was very clean and the host was very helpful and accessible. The staff was efficient and even a little kitchen available to relax and get some work done at a table. There was a garden area to relax and enjoy the weather or just sit outside without all the hustle and bustle.

Three months traveling through Europe and this was the most enjoyable stay. The location is great. It is near the Academia museum so close to the main tourist area but not in it. The hotel is nicely decorated and has comfortable beds. The staff were amazing. It was cool to hang out every morning during breakfast. This place is also a great value. Good location, nice facilities, excellent service; the definition of a five star stay.

Ok, let's speak straight! The pictures is one thing and as soon as I got there it looks different! Not that bad but not that good! I been told that is a place where we can park our car but is not like that. Regarding breakfast is questionable! Specifically, It means one croissant and a hot drink. There is also something which I didn't like when I spoke on the phone with the "owner" we been asking for a information to be sent by text and we been told that he got something to do!. Up to you guys, Good luck!
